How are the three buildings used?

The Tower holds most of the bedrooms around a spiral staircase. The palapa is the open-air living, dining and terrace space. Casa del Tres Mil has further guest suites and the screening room with its floor-to-ceiling library.

How many people does it sleep?

Fourteen, in seven en-suite bedrooms: three kings, three queens and a twin room, with eight bathrooms in total. We confirm the twin-room bedding before you book.

What is added to the nightly rate?

Rates are per night in USD. Added on top: 16% VAT, 3% lodging tax and a $199 non-refundable damage insurance fee; a security deposit of up to $1,000 may apply. Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am, and no smoking indoors.
