Las Rosadas is a gated community on the Costalegre, immediately next to Costa Careyes, and it is oceanfront — the houses sit on the water rather than above it.
That is the practical difference between the two. Careyes is built into headlands and cliffs, with its beaches below and a short walk or drive down to them. Las Rosadas puts you level with the Pacific. It is residential rather than resort, behind a single controlled entrance, with no town attached and nothing passing through — which is generally why people choose it.
Being next door to Careyes, the approach is the same: Puerto Vallarta and Manzanillo are the two airports, and which one is closer depends on the villa. We confirm the right one and arrange the transfer.

Las Rosadas suits guests who want the Careyes coastline without anything around it. It is a small number of houses behind one entrance, on the water, with staff and very little else — no town attached, no through traffic, and neighbours you will mostly not see.
