These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the rental agreement for a villa — that is issued separately by the villa owner or manager.

What this site is

Costalegre Villas presents privately owned villas and passes guest enquiries to the owners and managers who operate them. We are not the owner or operator of the properties shown.

Enquiries, availability and rates

Rates, availability, inclusions and minimum stays shown or discussed are indicative until confirmed in writing. They vary by property and by season, and holiday periods generally carry higher rates and longer minimum stays. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

The rental contract

Any booking is made on the villa owner or manager’s own terms, including their payment schedule, security deposit, house rules and cancellation policy. Those terms are provided to you in full before you commit, and the rental contract is between you and them.

Accuracy of listings

Photographs, descriptions, floor plans and amenity lists are supplied by owners and managers. We check them where we can, and properties are refurbished, refurnished and re-staffed over time. We cannot guarantee that every detail is current, and we ask you to confirm anything that will decide your booking before you book.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and design of this site belong to us or to our licensors. Villa photography remains the property of the respective owners and photographers. Please do not reproduce any of it without written permission.

Where we link to other websites we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from your stay at a property, from the acts or omissions of an owner, manager or supplier, or from any inaccuracy in material supplied to us. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and the courts of the State of Jalisco have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here is the version that applies.
