Costalegre Villas markets privately owned villas along the Jalisco coast, including Costa Careyes, Las Rosadas and the Puerto Vallarta area, and passes guest enquiries to the villa owners and managers who operate them.

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, telephone number, travel dates, party size and anything you write in the message field. We keep the enquiry itself so we can answer it and refer back to it.

Our web server records standard technical data with every visit, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We also use analytics cookies to understand which pages are read and which are not.

Why we hold it

We use your enquiry to check availability, prepare a quote and answer your questions. We use technical and analytics data to keep the site working and to improve it. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry alone.

To answer an enquiry we normally have to share the relevant details with the owner or manager of the villa you asked about, since they hold the calendar and set the terms. We also rely on service providers for website hosting, email and analytics, who process data on our instructions.
